What does this privacy policy cover?

- product-specific information (such as preference, closed user group, list of people who sponsored you to subscribe to the service, communications credit limit, etc.)

- service account information (such as account balances, transaction history, credit information, billing information, loyalty points)

Confidentiality

Heatzy guarantees the confidentiality of your information, of any nature whatsoever, written or oral, of which it is aware and will not communicate, sell, exchange, transfer or share it with third parties, subject to the provisions of the present Confidentiality Policy.

This commitment to confidentiality does not apply to information :

- required to be disclosed by law, applicable regulation or court order ;
